Can I request a refund?
Although we do not offer refunds, if a package arrives damaged or broken, we are able to offer a replacement if you send a message and photo of the damaged package to wildframebrothers@gmail.com. If your package does not arrive, we will also send you a new one.
Why can't I ship outside of Canada?
Shipping inside of Canada can get expensive enough, and shipping internationally, even short distances across borders, can get quite expensive. Terrifs put in place by the US also contribute to these prices, making international shipping not only pricy, but inconsistent.
